Our Performance Paddling Group is designed to help paddlers of all levels reach their highest potential. Through our program, participants will receive specialized instruction and coaching tailored to their individual needs, with an emphasis on technique, strength, and endurance.

We will offer challenging and engaging workouts, both on and off the water, to help our paddlers develop the physical and mental skills needed for success. Our program is designed to help paddlers optimize their performance and reach their full potential.
